Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bamboo Bath. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
To start a return, please contact us at contact@bamboobath.co.uk. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us again.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the item. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain personal care items that have been opened or used.
Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your product qualifies for a return.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please request a refund and place a new order.
